Founded in 1995, located just outside of Houston, Texas, R&N employs a team of industry experts with over a century combined of experience in the fabrication of ASME Code Pressure Vessels.  Our Company employs mechanical engineers and quality assurance personnel, affording us the capability of fulfilling customer design requirements plus a quality product that meets the customer’s specifications.

R&N specializes in a wide range of ASME code pressure vessels, heavy towers/columns, piping, structural, packaging and assembly for a multitude of industries.

As a made to order fabricator, our products are as diverse as our customers’ needs. We provide Engineering and design, project management, procurement, fabrication, quality assurance, NDE, coating and packaging in accordance with individual customer applications and specifications. Applications include a wide range of pressure/temperature combinations, vacuum conditions, low/or elevated MDMT, internal and external load conditions, a variety of different mediums, materials and many other engineering, QA and NDE requirements that present difficult challenges.

R&N completed construction on & moved operations to its very own state of the art, custom built, facility in late 2015 to continue to meet the demands of our growing customer base. Our Facility occupies 16 acres of land on the west side of Houston, TX and consists of a 125,000 sq. ft. air quality controlled fabrication shop, 10,000 sq. ft. air quality control warehouse, an outdoor covered area of 18,500 sq. ft., 4 acres of stabilized lay-down storage, 5 acres of undeveloped land for future development/storage, and is complemented by 17,000 sq. ft. office space. Our shop contains special work flow oriented layout and is separated into three 75’ x 28’ x 350’ production bays with cranes of varying capacity in each and a special recessed Hydrostatic Testing area isolated from general work space.
